Beppo & Gigi is a Berlin-based event and creative studio.
We develop concepts, plan and execute events for companies, agencies, venues and private clients.
Event Planning
We develop tailored event concepts and handle the planning and organization of events. This includes researching venues and service providers, obtaining quotes, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating event logistics. Depending on the project, we manage the entire planning process or take on individual planning phases.
Event Management & Service
We take on event management or service management roles and provide hands-on support during events. Depending on the assignment, we coordinate operations and teams or assist with guest services, food and beverage service.
Client Acquisition & Support
For venues, catering companies and hospitality businesses, we handle new client acquisition, manage event inquiries and coordinate client communications. Depending on the assignment, we support inquiries from initial contact through to detailed event planning.
Our Studio
Alongside our work for clients, we develop our own concepts and productions at Beppo & Gigi. In our studio, we experiment, explore new possibilities and bring our ideas to life.
