Beppo & Gigi x aenea Catering
We have an established business partnership with aenea Catering in Vienna. While aenea brings its expertise in Greek-Mediterranean cuisine, Beppo & Gigi handles client acquisition and client relationship management, as well as event planning and organization when required.
Our Collaboration
Client Acquisition & Client Relations
Beppo & Gigi handles client acquisition for aenea Catering in Vienna and the surrounding area. This includes reaching out to potential clients, communicating with prospective customers and managing client inquiries.
Event Planning & Coordination
When required, Beppo & Gigi supports the planning and organization of events. This includes coordinating with clients and other parties involved, managing organizational requirements, and preparing and structuring event operations.
Joint Project Work
Our collaboration also includes the development and execution of specific event projects. One example is the 2026 Danube Island Festival in Vienna, for which Beppo & Gigi developed concepts for brand visibility, staffing organization and process optimization, and provided hands-on support during the event.
